How to order

Following the closing of the purchase agreement, you will have the possibility to place your orders on the www.decocenter.ro website. We will send you your user id and password for registration. After registration, you will be able to place orders on our website.

How do I place an order on the website?
In order to submit an order you must follow the below steps:
Select the product you wish to order.
Click once on the “Add to shopping cart” button. In order to continue purchasing, press “Continue”.
To finish your purchase and view your cart press “View shopping cart”.
After displaying the shopping cart please confirm the selected items, quantities and prices, and go to the “Next Step”.
You will have to select the delivery address (in case you have multiple addresses) and the payment method.
Afterward, please proceed to step “Delivery and Payment”, and select one of the 2 available options. Verify your order for one last time and if you would like to change the quantities, to cancel one of the products or modify the delivery or payment details, you can do it now by going back to the previous steps.
You also have the possibility to leave a note concerning the submitted order.
Please select “I agree to the Terms and Conditions”.
Click on “Confirm Order”.
Now, your order has been submitted. If the details you provided are complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

Delivery and Payment
S.C. DECO CENTER S.R.L. offers you the possibility to select the desired delivery and payment methods for the ordered products, thus you can select the options that best suit your needs.

Delivery and Payment methods:
1. Picking up your order from the S.C. DECO CENTER S.R.L. warehouse and paying in cash is the general delivery and payment method.
2. Should you prefer your order to be delivered directly to your registered office or to a specified address, we offer you the possibility of delivering your order by an express courier company with whom we previously concluded a transport agreement – more specifically, GLS – S.C. General Logistics Systems România S.R.L.
For the orders delivered via an express courier company, you will make the payment to the express courier agent (collect on delivery) after receiving the ordered products. S.C. DECO CENTER S.R.L. will not be held liable concerning the quality defects that occurred during the delivery of the products by the express courier company, thus the supplier – seller is not accountable for the risks and cannot be held responsible for the products in the moment of their delivery by the express courier company. S.C. DECO CENTER S.R.L. guarantees the appropriate packaging of the products, as well as the transmission of the accompanying documents (invoice, warranty certificate, etc.)
Please consider the fact that the express courier company delivers the boxes containing your order between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., therefore please provide us with a delivery address at which you can be found in this time interval. In the eventuality that the customer-buyer is not available at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the express courier agent will leave a notification at the address. The notification will include the reference number of the parcel, as well as the phone number of GLS. The customer-buyer has 5 working days for agreeing with the express courier company upon another delivery date. If this doesn’t happen, the express courier company agent will return the parcel to the Supplier – seller. In the eventuality that the customer–buyer is not available at the delivery address, and the express courier company agent is not able to leave a notification, either, the latter will try to deliver the parcel the next working day. Should the delivery be unsuccessful for the second time, the express courier company will return the parcel to the Supplier – seller.
S.C. DECO CENTER S.R.L. cannot be held liable for failing to expedite an order due to force majeure events.
In the eventuality that the Supplier – seller is not able to fulfill the delivery terms of the order, it will announce the Customer – buyer immediately concerning the issue as well as the possible delivery date.
The Supplier – seller will issue an invoice for the delivered products, and the Customer – buyer has the obligation to provide correct and relevant details for the issue of such invoice.
